Each job is different and needs a fair assessment.

There are three pricing types.

  1. Hourly 

A job will be measured by time how long it takes from start (arrival at job site) to finish. The hourly rate starts at $25 dollars plus applicable taxes. Depending on the job the hourly rate may increase.

  1. One price

A job can be negotiated with a total amount. Competitive quotes need to be provided.

  1. Monthly 

Recurring jobs can be paid with a monthly subscription. 


Travel time to and from the job site is excluded from the hourly billing, but a $1 dollar per mile will be charged for travel expenses.

Materials and special tools or equipment for any job are excluded and are the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event such is needed, customers has a choice of providing what is needed to complete the job or for additional charges to be added and/or paid upfront. (applies for specialty tools/equipment and materials only. Most tools will be included at no additional charge.)

By Appointment only

Reservation deposit will be charged at appointment setting. The minimum of $50 dollars or 10% of total quote whichever is greater will be charged upfront and credited towards the total amount when payment becomes due. A no show or cancelation (cancelation must be at a minimum of 24 hour prior to appointment) by the customer will forfeit the deposit with no refund. Other restrictions may apply.
